Beginning June 18, Waterfall Arts is reviving the Life Drawing Group that met for many years on Tuesdays from 6:30 to 9 p.m. This drawing group will focus on short poses, unlike the Saturday long pose group that meets from 9:30 a.m. to noon at Waterfall Arts, 256 High St.

Local artist David Estey will act as the monitor and organize the poses. Waterfall Arts hires experienced models for their non-instructional drawing groups. Fees are $15 per session or artists can prepay and save at the reduced rate of $60 for six sessions of their choice, through Aug. 6. To sign up and prepay, call the office at 338-2222.

To ensure that model fees are covered and there is enough interest to run this Tuesday night group, eight people are needed to sign up and prepay by Friday, June 14. For more information, visit waterfallarts.org.

The Saturday morning sessions are ongoing. Waterfall Arts is always looking for more models — male, female, all body types; call to inquire.
