The Knox-Lincoln 4-H Leaders' Association will be hosting a Spaghetti Dinner and Fundraiser in celebration of 100 Years of 4-H in Maine.

This event will take place on Saturday, June 15, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Union Fairgrounds in Union, Maine. Dinner will include spaghetti, salad, bread, beverage and dessert.

Anyone who wishes to celebrate this milestone 4-H birthday and show their support for the 4-H program is invited to this event. Folks who are currently or were formerly involved in 4-H are encouraged to attend and share their 4-H memories.

As the youth development program of University of Maine Cooperative Extension, 4-H, for children aged 5-18, emphasizes the importance of building the life skills needed to be successful adults. 4-H focuses on science and technology to help foster interest in those fields as future careers.

Funds raised at the dinner will benefit the 4-H program in Knox and Lincoln Counties. Cost for the dinner is by donation.
