The Monday night blues series at Time Out Pub, 275 Main St., will continue Monday, June 3, from 7 to 10 p.m. with Doug Deming & Dennis Gruenling with The Jewel Tones. Admission is $10.

Eastside Detroit native Doug Deming has garnered widespread attention for his deft guitar work and memorable songwriting. On the road, Deming teams up with longtime road partner, award-winning harp man and VizzTone labelmate Dennis Gruenling. The Jewel Tones lineup features Andrew Gohman on upright and Fender bass; and Devin Neel on drums. The Florida-based band serves up noteworthy traditional and original roots music and has a new CD to tour, "What's It Gonna Take."

Upcoming will be: June 10, Mike Zito ($15); June 17, Peter Novelli ($10); and June 24, Chris Duarte ($15).
