Mariner athletes finally get on track

Oceanside track-and-field athletes jumped, hurdled, raced and threw their way into action Thursday, April 25 in a Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference meet hosted by Cony High School.

The girls team scores were: Waterville 234, Winslow 111, Skowhegan 104.5, Cony 96.5, Nokomis of Newport 36 and Oceanside no score. The boys team scores were: Waterville 243, Cony 126.5, Nokomis 87, Skowhegan 73.5, Winslow 32 and Oceanside 26.

The individual Mariner boys results were:
