Rev. Vernon Jordan passed away peacefully in St. George on Tuesday, March 26, surrounded by his loving family.
A time of visitation will be held Friday, March 29, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Hall Funeral Home 949 Main St., Waldoboro. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, March 30, at 1 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of St. George, 15 Snows Point Road, St. George with the Rev. Dr. Woody Welch officiating. Burial will take place at the Orff’s Corner Cemetery in the spring.
