The Camden-Rockport Middle School wrestling team recently wrapped up its regular season and is looking toward its final two meets of the year.
The Schooners participated in their final regular-season meet March 9 at Lincolnville and look toward the Pine Tree Wrestling League Eastern regional championships, slated for Saturday, March 16 at 9:30 a.m. at Bucksport High School.
CRMS will then host the league championship meet on Saturday, March 23.
The following is a recap of the Schooners' final three meets of the year:
At Lincolnville March 9, the Schooners went 1-2 in a five-team meet with Hampden, Bath, Troy Howard of Belfast and host Hope-Appleton-Lincolnville.
The Schooners earned a 48-9 win over Hampden, while falling to Troy Howard 54-33 and dropping a 42-34 decision to Bath. CRMS and HAL, having already faced each other three times in the regular season, did not face each other during the March 9 meet.
Information on HAL's matches with Hampden, Troy Howard and Bath were unavailable.

At Hampden March 8, the Schooners fell to fellow visitor Nokomis and host Hampden in a three-team meet. CRMS lost to Hampden 30-26 and lost to Nokomis 47-30.
