The eighth annual Camden International Film Festival runs through Sunday evening, Sept. 30 with screenings at the Camden Opera House; Rockland’s Strand Theatre and Farnsworth Art Museum; and the Bayview Street Cinema in Camden. Rainy weather is ideal for a film festival, so for the second year, Mother Nature is encouraging people to go inside and sit in the dark. Also encouraging people to pop in for the second year are the free Shorts programs each morning at Bayview Street Cinema.
