Canoeists and kayakers are invited to join other adventurers as the Medomak Valley Land Trusts kicks off the fall season with an easy paddle on Sept. 22.

The paddle will depart from Storer Road in Bremen at 10 a.m. The paddle will take one to two hours. Canoeists and kayakers will paddle along a scenic stretch of the river where they may encounter an abundance of wildlife.

Participants should provide their own canoe or kayak and life preserver, snacks and water, and be prepared to enjoy this peaceful section of the river.

Medomak Valley Land Trust was established in 1991 to preserve the natural, recreational, scenic and traditional land-use values of the Medomak River watershed.
