An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.

The Rockland Police Department responded to and reported the following calls from Sept. 12 through Sept. 15.

Sept. 12

Officer Lloyd Daniels responded to a trespassing complaint at Rock Coast Sports.

Officer William Smith responded to a theft complaint at Rite Aid.

Officer Andrew Crook responded to an erratic vehicle complaint on Route 1.

Officer Crook responded to a threatening complaint on Old County Road.

Officer Crook responded to an intoxication complaint on Summer Street.

Sept. 13

Detective Russell Thompson responded to a burglary on Front Street.

Sgt. Kenneth Smith responded to a car crash at Pine and Cedar streets. The crash occurred at 11:30 a.m. when, according to police, Caleb J. Conway, 17, of Cushing was driving a 2000 GMC pickup truck on Pine Street and failed to stop at a stop sign. The vehicle he was driving struck broadside a 2003 GMC sport-utility vehicle driven by Mary R. Buck, 50, of Camden. She complained of pain.

Sgt. Don Finnegan responded to an animal welfare complaint by the Rockland Cafe.

Sgt. Finnegan responded to a report of a deceased person on Purchase Street.

Sgt. Smith responded to a car crash at Talbot Avenue and Union Street. There were no injuries.

Sgt. Finnegan responded to an assault on Fulton Street.

Sgt. Finnegan responded to a car crash in the Museum Street parking lot. There were no injuries.

Sgt. Finnegan responded to an animal welfare complaint in the Walmart parking lot.

Sgt. Matthew Lindahl responded to an erratic vehicle complaint on Route 1.

Sgt. Lindahl responded to a disorderly complaint on Park Street.

Officer Andrew Crook responded to a trespassing complaint on Park Street. Sharon Antonelel-Krezanski, 65, of Rockland was cited for criminal trespass.

Officer John Bagley responded to a threatening complaint on Main Street.

Officer Bagley responded to a trespassing complaint on Forrest Avenue.

Sept. 14

Sgt. Finnegan responded to a criminal mischief on John Street.

Officer James Jillson responded to an animal welfare complaint in a parking lot off Main Street.

Animal Control Officer Jeff McLaughlin responded to an animal problem on Broad Street.

Sgt. Finnegan responded to a harassment complaint on Park Street.

Deputy Chief Wally Tower responded to an intoxication complaint at Hannaford.

Officer Jillson responded to a car crash at Dunkin’ Donuts. There were no injuries.

Officer Bagley responded to a drug complaint on State Street.

Officer Andrew Redden responded to a car crash at Walmart. There were no injuries.

Officer Redden responded to a harassment complaint at Chestnut Street.

Sept. 15

Officer Jillson responded to a trespassing complaint shortly after 7 a.m. at Oceanside High School East.
