The Camden Police Department reported the following activity from Sept. 5 to Sept. 11.

Sept. 5

Officer Cody Laite responded to Union Street for a criminal mischief complaint. The officer spoke with the parties involved and no violations were found.

Officer Allen Weaver conducted a radar detail on Elm Street.

Officer Weaver responded to Barnestown Road for an animal welfare complaint. The injured animal was turned over to a rehabilitation center.

Officer Weaver responded to Elm Street for a disorderly person complaint. The officer spoke with the individuals and they moved along.

Officer Weaver responded to Belfast Road for a two-vehicle accident with no injuries.

Officer Weaver responded to Washington Street for a theft complaint. The incident is under investigation.

Officer Brook Hartshorn responded to Main Street for a business alarm.

Officer Laite responded to Bay View Street for a suspicious complaint. Nothing out of the ordinary was found.

Sept. 6

Officer Weaver responded to Barnestown Road to assist a citizen with a disabled vehicle.

Sgt. John Tooley responded to Belfast Road for a fraud complaint.

Sgt. Tooley responded to Washington Street for a motor vehicle burglary. The incident is under investigation.

Sgt. Tooley responded to Start Road for a theft complaint. The incident is under investigation.

Officer Hartshorn responded to Union Street for a trespassing complaint. Two individuals were warned for trespassing.

Sgt. Tooley responded to Atlantic Avenue for a residential alarm.

Sept. 7

Officer Hartshorn responded to Mechanic Street for a nuisance complaint. The individual involved was warned for disorderly conduct.

Lt. Michael Geary responded to Bay View Street for a business alarm.

Lt. Geary responded to Mechanic Street to investigate a 911 hang-up.

Officer Curt Andrick responded to Washington Street for a criminal mischief complaint. The incident is under investigation.

Officer Spear responded to Union Street for a residential alarm.

Timothy Shaw, 28, of Rockland was issued a summons for an insurance violation and failure to produce a registration certificate.

Sept. 8

Officer Paul Spear responded to Mountain Street with Camden Fire Department for a fire call.

Lt. Geary responded to Matthew John Avenue for a civil complaint.

Lt. Geary responded to Mechanic Street for a two-vehicle crash with no injuries.

Officer Weaver responded to Chestnut Street with Camden Fire Department for a fire call.

Officer Weaver responded to Mechanic Street for an animal problem. The responsible party was warned for having a dog at large.

Officer Weaver responded to Belfast Road for an erratic vehicle complaint. The driver was warned for erratic operation.

Officer Weaver responded to Hope Road for a single-vehicle crash with no injuries.

Officer Spear responded to Cobb Road for a nuisance complaint. The responsible party was warned for disorderly conduct.

Sept. 9

Officer Andrick responded to Washington Street to investigate a 911 hang-up.

Officer Andrick responded to Limerock Street for a fraud complaint.

Officer Andrick responded to Washington Street for a criminal mischief complaint. The incident is under investigation.

Officer Andrick responded to Belfast Road for an erratic vehicle complaint. The officer was not able to locate the vehicle.

Officer Andrick responded to Hope Road for a two-vehicle crash with no injuries.

Officer Laite responded to Mt. Battie Street for an erratic vehicle complaint. The officer was not able to locate the vehicle.

Officer Spear responded to Mechanic Street for a suspicious person complaint. The individual was located and moved along.

Sept. 10

Officer Spear responded to Mechanic Street for a trespassing complaint. The individual was warned for trespassing and moved along.

Officer Spear responded to Main Street for a suspicious person complaint. The individual was located and no violations were found.

Officer Andrick responded to Washington Street for a two-vehicle crash with no injuries.

Officer Laite responded to Main Street for an animal problem. No violations were found.

Officer Spear responded to John Street for a residential alarm.

Justin Bowen, 30, of Camden was arrested for operating after suspension.

Sept. 11

Officer Spear responded to Belfast Road for an erratic vehicle complaint. The officer was not able to locate the vehicle.

Officer Weaver conducted a radar detail on High Street.

Officer Weaver responded to Elm Street with Camden Fire Department for a fire call.

Officer Hartshorn responded to Main Street for a parking problem. The vehicle was moved.

Officer Hartshorn responded to Belfast Road for a residential alarm.

Officer Hartshorn responded to Knowlton Street for an animal problem. The stray dog was taken to the shelter.
