Been diagnosed with diabetes? Wondering what happens next? What do you do first?

Join Literacy Volunteers of Mid-Coast Maine at its next Healthy Living Through Literacy workshop, “Understanding Diabetes Part 2.” The group will explore options and providing participants with all kinds of information to assist one in making the healthiest choices.

Eileen Malloy, RD, CDE from the Pen Bay Medical Diabetes Center will be leading this workshop. The workshop will be held Tuesday, Sept. 20 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the community room in the Rockland Public Library for this free workshop. Please come and take advantage of this time and information to make the positive changes and healthy decisions.
