Merryspring Nature Center will present a screening of the Disneynature film “Oceans” Tuesday, Sept. 13 at 7 p.m. at the center, 30 Conway Road off the Hannaford parking lot.

“Oceans” captures the expansive beauty of the world under the sea. The directors of the film, Jacques Perrin and Jacques Cluzaud, examine the role that water plays in the lives of humans and the cause and effect relationship between oceans and the environment. This is all done through stunning underwater photography and in a way that is relatable to viewers of all ages.

The film runs 84 minutes and the screening is free, although donations are appreciated.  Popcorn and drinks will be provided by Merryspring. Early arrival is advised, as seating is limited. “Oceans” is the third in Merryspring’s summer/fall film series, which shows a variety of nature and conservation centered films.
