Sarah L. Havener, 25, Cushing, possession of drugs, two days in jail; sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine; possession of marijuana, $500 fine.

Eric Heal, 37, Bangor, assault, $300 fine.

Shane M. Heathers, 34, Rockland, criminal mischief, 48 hours in jail; violating a condition of release, 48 hours.

Shauna L. Jamieson, 60, Winthrop, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; attaching false plates, unconditional discharge.

Eric June, 15, Rockport, operating all-terrain vehicle on public way, $125 fine.

Lyle Levig Jr., 56, Hope, operating under the influence, 90-day license suspension, $500 fine.

Corey Main, 36, Damariscotta, harvesting shellfish without a license, $500.

John Morton, 44, Union, attaching false plates, $250; fail to comply with sex offender registration action, 48 hours in jail.

Trevor J. Neilson, 19, Waldoboro, harvesting shellfish without a license, $500.

Dennessa J. Robbins, 28, Rockland, possession of marijuana, $700.

Sunday A. Sabien, 43, Washington, three counts of harassment by telephone, $300; a fourth count was dismissed.

Martha W. Sholes, 80, Rockport, allowing dog to be at large, $80.

James P. St. Amand Jr., 29, Skowhegan, operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.

Parker Swayze, 19, Camden, possession of marijuana, $350; sale and use of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.

James Wallace, 51, Union, cultivating marijuana, $350; possession of marijuana, dismissed.

Jerrod W. Wentworth, 26, Vinalhaven, negotiating a worthless instrument, $150 fine, restitution of $125.
