Carolyn Brown of Appleton is the featured artist at Hope General Store, 449 Camden Road/Route 105, for the month of August. Brown’s work on display reflects her interest in nature and gardening.
The exhibit includes acrylic paintings of flower gardens, wild lupines and small paintings of local woods and fields, as well as abstract drawings based on patterns found in nature.
