Kerry Bridges, no age listed, Warren, violating rabies prevention law, $50 fine.

Shawn G. Buck, 37, Warren, operating under the influence, 180 days in jail with all but 10 days suspended, one-year probation, three-year license suspension; operating vehicle without license, 10 days in jail.

Owen T. Carlson, 18, St. George, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; possession of tobacco by a minor, $100 fine.

Nicholas J. Carpenter, 25, Union, negotiating a worthless instrument, $250 fine, $412 restitution.
