On Sunday, Aug. 14, music lovers can catch a concert featuring country, bluegrass, folk rock and gospel. The price of admission will be a donation to the local Bread for the Journey food pantry.

The benefit Music Fest will be held in Old Mill Park, located next to the St. George River on Main Street in the village. Thus tunes will begin at noon with The Rusty Hinges playing country, folk and bluegrass. At 1 p.m., folk country and country singer Bill Tozier will take the stage. Northern Breeze is set for 2 p.m., and The Federated Four will go on at 3 p.m.

In addition to great live music, there will be hot dogs, burgers and all the fixings on sale, along with ice cream, watermelon, cold beverages and other desserts with proceeds going to the food pantry.

The outdoor Music Fest will be preceded by an outdoor community worship service at 10 a.m. in the park featuring music by Lauren Armstrong and the Warren Baptist Church Praise Band. The Bread for the Journey food pantry is located at the Warren Baptist Church and is open on Thursdays.
