An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.
Maine State Police responded to and reported the following calls from July 10 through July 17 in the Midcoast.
July 10
Trooper Patrick Hood responded to Crystal Lake Road in Washington for a disorderly conduct complaint. Becky Condon, 21, was located and arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the Knox County Jail.
July 13
Trooper Bethany Couturier stopped Hans Breaux, 28, on Route 105 in Appleton for a vehicle defect. Breaux had a Louisiana license that reportedly had expired months prior. Breaux was summoned for operating without a license.
July 15
Trooper Jason Madore stopped Robert Brown, 60, on Route 17 in Washington for speeding 88 miles per hour in a 55 mph zone. He was running late to get to the Ford garage, according to police. He was charged with criminal speed.
July 17
Trooper Jonah O’Roak investigated a burglary on Thurlow Road in Lincolnville. The investigation is ongoing.
