The Waldoboro Police Department reported the following activity from July 13 through July 17.

July 13

Officer Sean Kozer arrested Christy Lilly, 36, of Waldoboro on a warrant.

July 15

Officer Kozer summoned a 16-year-old male juvenile for possession of liquor by a minor and possession of marijuana.

Officer Kozer summoned a 15-year-old male juvenile for possession of liquor by a minor and possession of marijuana.

July 16

Officer Jeffery Fuller arrested Bonita McKay, 31, of Waldoboro on a warrant.

July 17

Officer Jeremy Joslyn arrested Aaron Young, 22, of Augusta for operating under the influence.

Officer Fuller investigated an accident on Kalers Corner Road at 10:25 a.m. Albina Carlos, 72, of Waldoboro was driving a 2006 Subaru passenger car that sustained minor damage. Robyn Sykes, 40, of Bristol was driving a 2008 Ford pickup truck. There were no injuries. Sykes struck the Subaru while it was parked legally. Sykes was reportedly distracted by a child in her vehicle.

Officer Michel Dutil arrested Olivia Carter, 22, of Waldoboro for a violation of conditional release.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.
