Friends for Friends will hold its second annual Family Fun Day Rally on Sunday, July 24 at the Union Fairgrounds.

There will be muscle cars, antique cars, cool motorcycles and hot Jeeps with a People’s Choice voting and awards from 2 to 4 p.m. Bring a car and show it off.

The event will feature live bands including Paddy Mills, the 220’s, Ale House String Band and Jimmy & Amanda Johnson.

Rick the Magician will perform at 2:30 p.m. Also, pony rides from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.; barbecue lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. or when the food runs out; wiffle ball toss, kiddie striker and pirate ring toss from the Playroom from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; egg toss from noon to 1 p.m.; water balloon toss from 1 to 2 p.m.; face painting from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.; and the 1937 Thomaston firetruck The Buffalo from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Bring lawn chairs, tents and sleeping bags. And, of course, bring hot cars, trucks, Jeeps and motorcycles.
