An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.

Rockland police responded to and reported the following calls from July 11 through July 14.

July 11

Sgt. Kenneth Smith responded to a juvenile problem on Pleasant Street.

Sgt. Smith responded to a criminal mischief complaint in the Coughlin Cemetery on Rankin Street.

Sgt. Smith responded to a car crash by the Hallmark store. There were no injuries.

Sgt. Smith responded to a disorderly complaint at the Harbor Plaza shopping center.

Officer Andrew Crook responded to a criminal mischief complaint on North Main Street.

Officer Crook responded to a car crash by Hannaford on Maverick Street. There were no injuries.

Officer Crook responded to an all-terrain vehicle problem on Cedar Street.

Officer Joseph Bates responded to a trespassing complaint at Rockland District High School shortly before 8 p.m.

Officer Bates responded to an erratic vehicle complaint on Route 1.

Officer Crook responded to an assault complaint at the skate park by RDHS.

Will Bonney, 23, of Old Town was issued a summons for operating an unregistered motor vehicle. His vehicle’s registration expired in April 2010, according to police.

July 12

Sgt. Smith responded to a car crash on Main Street by the Rockland Cafe.

Sgt. Don Finnegan responded to an animal problem on Lindsey Street.

Animal control officer Jeff McLaughlin responded to an animal problem on Lindsey Street.

Sgt. Finnegan responded to a car crash on Camden Street by McDonald’s restaurant.

Sgt. Smith responded to an assault complaint.

Detective Russell Thompson responded to a theft complaint at Rockland Savings Bank.

Sgt. Finnegan responded to a car crash by the Five County Credit Union on Main Street. There were no injuries.

Sgt. Finnegan responded to a hit-and-run car crash at the Rite Aid parking lot.

Sgt. Finnegan responded to a theft complaint at the Rite Aid pharmacy.

Sgt. Finnegan responded to a car crash at Lawn Avenue and Broadway. There were no injuries.

Sgt. Anthony Camporiale responded to a theft complaint.

Sgt. Smith responded to a theft at Rite Aid.

Sgt. Finnegan responded to a car fire on Cottage Street.

Officer Joseph Bates responded to a harassment complaint on Masonic Street.

Sgt. Camporiale responded to an animal welfare complaint on Main Street.

Officer Bates responded to a juvenile problem at Oceanside High School shortly before 9 p.m.

Officer John Bagley responded to a trespassing complaint at Chickawaukie Pond.

Alan Boody, 26, of Rockland was arrested for violating a condition of release.

Kara Salo, 25, last known address of Thomaston, was arrested on a warrant.

July 13

Officer James Jillson responded to a criminal mischief complaint at Oceanside High School at 8 a.m.
