The following cases were closed in 6th District Court from July 1 through July 8.

Jeremy R. Alley, 40, South Thomaston, two counts of elver harvesting during closed season, $1,000 fines.

Eric June, 15, Rockport, operating all-terrain vehicle on public way, $100 fine.

Corey R. Morris, 30, St. George, possession of drugs, violating a condition of release, both dismissed.

Darrin E. Upton, 29, Warren, cultivating marijuana, 14 days in jail stayed until July 31, $400 fine.

Ryan S. Withee, 31, Rockland, criminal trespass, dismissed.
