An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.

Maine State Police responded to and reported the following calls from July 6 through July 10.

July 6

Trooper Jeremiah Wesbrock responded to an assault complaint on Fales Lane in Warren. Trooper Wesbrock is continuing the investigation.

July 8

Trooper Patrick Hood stopped Jermaine Davis, 36, of Thomaston on Route 131 in Warren for a vehicle defect. Davis reportedly failed to produce a license and then provided a false name and date of birth. Davis was detained then positively identified by documents he had in his possession. An investigation revealed his license was under suspension and he has six outstanding warrants, state police reported. Davis was arrested and transported to the Knox County Jail.

Trooper Hood responded to Highland Avenue in Warren for a harassment/criminal trespass complaint. The suspect was warned on both harassment and criminal trespass.

July 10

Trooper Hood responded to Waldoboro Road in Friendship for an assault complaint. The investigation is ongoing.
