Rockport police blotter

Juvenile male, 15, of Rockport, operating an all-terrain vehicle on a public way, operating an ATV under 18 years old without headgear.

Raymond Montana, 55, of Union, inspection violation.

Cristain Andeison, 35, of Metuchen, N.J., speeding 45 mph in a 30 mph posted zone, insurance violation.

July 2

Mateo Mendoza, 39, of Thomaston, inspection violation, insurance violation.

Aaron Annis, 18, of Rockport, seat-belt violation.

Devon Gordon, 17, of Rockport, failure to register motor vehicle, between 30 and 150 days past due.

July 5
