Cristain Andeison, 35, of Metuchen, N.J., speeding 45 mph in a 30 mph posted zone, insurance violation.

Mateo Mendoza, 39, of Thomaston, inspection violation, insurance violation.
Aaron Annis, 18, of Rockport, seat-belt violation.
Devon Gordon, 17, of Rockport, failure to register motor vehicle, between 30 and 150 days past due.
July 5
Ann M. Flagg, 44, of Rockport, two warrants.
