The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court from June 24 through July 1.
Desiree M. Capizzano, 27, Rockland, possession of drugs, seven days in jail, $500 fine; trafficking in drugs, dismissed; violation of condition of release, dismissed.
Richard Fyfe-Benoit, 25, Rockland, probation violation, six months in jail.
Joseph Garland, 38, Lewiston, assault on an officer, 10 months in jail.
Leonard R. Geisinger, 26, Portland, trafficking in prison contraband, nine months in jail.
Michelle J. Miller, 45, Danville, Vt., negotiating a worthless instrument, 60 days in jail.
Matthew Plummer, 28, South Bristol, two counts of possession of drugs, dismissed.
Stefanie Posey, 30, Owls Head, two counts of theft, 30 days in jail stayed until Sept. 19.
Ralph A. White, 50, Washington, possession of hydrocodone, violating a condition of release, both dismissed.
Denny J. Winchenbaugh, 37, Camden, operating under the influence, two priors, two years in jail with all but 30 days suspended, two-year probation, six-year license suspension, $1,100 fine.
Mark E. Wotton, 56, Friendship, trafficking in drugs, violating a condition of release, both dismissed.
