An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.

Rockland police responded to the following calls from June 16 through June 17.

June 16

Officer James Jillson responded to a hit-and-run car crash behind the Grasshopper Shop.

Officer Jillson responded to a theft on Main Street.

Officer Lloyd Daniels responded to a harassment complaint.

Officer Jillson responded to a car crash at the Wal-Mart parking lot. There were no injuries.

Officer Daniels responded to a car crash at the Goodwill parking lot. There were no injuries.

Officer Jillson responded to a harassment complaint on Main Street.

Officer Jillson responded to a trespassing complaint on Camden Street.

Officer Jillson responded to a theft at Ride Aid. Elisa N. Robbins, 24, of Waldoboro was issued a summons for concealing a bottle of perfume.

Sgt. Don Finnegan responded to a domestic complaint at Broadway Place.

Officer John Bagley responded to a trespassing complaint on Main Street.

Sgt. Matthew Lindahl responded to an erratic vehicle complaint on Maverick Street.

Officer Scott Solorzano responded to a harassment complaint at Broadway and North Main Street.

Officer Bagley responded to an erratic vehicle complaint at Broadway and Park Street.

Officer Bagley responded to a disorderly complaint at Fulton and Main streets. Bruce Sidelinger, 37, of Rockland was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Sgt. Lindahl responded to a car crash at Main Street and Tillson Avenue. There were no injuries.

Officer Solorzano responded to a burglary on South Main Street.

Officer Solorzano responded to a disorderly complaint at Rock City Roasters.

Officer Bagley responded to a domestic complaint at Broadway Place. Michelle Leonard, 44, of Rockland was arrested for domestic violence assault.

Officer Bagley responded to an animal problem.

June 17

Officer Daniels responded to a report of shots fired on Rankin Street.

Officer Solorzano responded to an alarm at Rockland District Middle School shortly after 6 a.m.
