Music in the Park returns to riverfront

The Town of Warren and Damariscotta Bank and Trust Co. will kick off their fourth season  of free Sunday afternoon music performances by local artists with a country western concert Sunday, June 26 from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Woolen Mill Park, downtown on Main Street.

The concert will feature Ronnie and Kay Anderson & Friends. Ronnie Anderson has been playing professionally for more than four decades and is one of the Midcoast’s finest country singer/guitarists.

Future performances will include the Rusty Hinges string band, playing folk and old time music; Breakers Jazz; and the 25-member  Bay Winds North concert band.

Everyone is invited to come on down to the banks of the St. George River with their lawn chairs, blankets and non-alcoholic refreshments.
