Oceanside hoop camp June 20-24

The first Oceanside Basketball Camp will be Monday through Friday, June 20-24 at Oceanside East High School, formally Rockland District High School.

The camp is open to boys and girls in first through eighth grades. The camp, open to youngsters from Rockland, Owls Head, South Thomaston, Thomaston, St. George and Cushing, is directed by Matt Breen, Chad Blake and Darren Randall.

Campers will participate in skills, drills and games. The cost of the camp is $50. Players in first through fourth grades will meet 4 to 6 p.m. and those in fifth through eighth grades from 6 to 8 p.m.
