Georges Valley softball and baseball players, along with a veteran Buc coach, are included among the annual Mountain Valley Conference all-star selections.
A handful of Georges Valley student-athletes also earned all-academic recognition.
For softball, Buc coach Rusty Worcester has been named co-coach of the year, with Jay’s Robin Roberts, while Jill Bradbury (pitcher), Jessie Veilleux (catcher), Natalie Russell (infield) and Kennadi Grover (outfield) are deemed first-team all-conference.
Katlyn Rich and Rachel Frye reap honorable mention recognition.
Chelsea Glidden and Kristen Sawyer are academic all stars.
For baseball, Drew Townsend (outfield) is first-team all-conference, while Bryant Matthews and Dylan Maloney are honorable mentions.
Matthews and Cody Poland are academic all stars.
