The Camden Select Board will meet Tuesday, June 7 with an agenda that includes a review of the 2010 Curtis Island Report.

The board will discuss renewal of the Camden-Rockport-Lincolnville Chamber of Commerce’s lease of the building at 2 Public Landing, as well as the chamber’s request to use the Camden Public Landing for the 2011 Windjammer Festival. The board will hear about plans for Independence Day events and the proposed merger with the Penobscot Bay Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Resident Thomas Hopps will present promotional flyers he has prepared to let people know about Camden’s Idle-Free Policy and the board will consider a number of license renewals and applications. The board will also discuss brokerage commissions on the town’s endowments funds.

The June 7 meeting of the Camden Select Board will begin at 7 p.m. in the Washington Street Conference Room and will be broadcast on Channel 22.

A meeting of the Camden Harbor Committee, postponed from June 2, will take place Thursday, June 9 at 7:30 a.m. in the Washington Street Conference Room.
