Ralph and Donna Rackliff of Rockland announced the engagement of their daughter Sheryl Rackliff to David Harrison.
Harrison is the son of Russell and Marie Harrison of Wallingford, Conn.
The couple plans to wed on July 2, 2011, in Rockland.
