Scott W. Sobey II, 33, died April 24, 2011, in Tennessee. He was born Oct. 15, 1977, in Camden, son of Scott Sobey and Rebecca C. Philbrook.
He loved riding horses and motorcycles. Scott loved to go fast. He loved sports and playing jokes on people. Scott especially loved his family. He wanted his family and friends to laugh, joke and have a good time.
Scott was predeceased by his father; brother, Randy; and all four grandparents.
He is survived by three children, Alex Sobey of Liberty, Gage Newcomb of Belfast and Cynthia Morin of Skowhegan; his mother and step-father, Rebecca and Jeff Martineau of Belfast; his sister, Melissa Sobey and her fiancé, Dale Fuller of Frankfort; as well as aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be Saturday, May 7, at 1 p.m., at Cross Roads Calvary Church on Route 3 in Morrill.
