The following cases were completed in 6th District Court from Nov. 29 through Dec. 3.

Daniel Carter, 22, Rockland, sexual abuse of a minor, 180 days in jail with all but 60 days suspended, one-year probation; violating a condition of release, seven days in jail.

Adam J. Capizzano, 25, Ellsworth, seven counts of theft, one count of endangering the welfare of a child, 30 days in jail concurrent for each count, unlawful possession of drug, $400 fine; violating a condition of release, 48 hours in jail. A police report stated that Capizzano stole items such as candy and cigarettes from Shaw’s Supermarket in Rockland where he worked during late summer and fall. The child endangerment charge is related to him having a 15-year-old with him during some of the thefts.

Samara E. Adams, 31, Thomaston, possession of marijuana, $350 fine; sale and use of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.

Richard Austin, 33, Waldoboro, failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.

Lee B. Bennett, 33, Waldoboro, harvesting shellfish without a license, $500 fine.

Kevin Crute, 29, Cushing, operating under the influence, 166 days in jail.

Brenda L. Dodge, 45, Union, operating while license suspended, dismissed.

Ryan J. Gamage, 24, Owls Head, violating condition of release, 20 days in jail.

Steven K. Greenmyer, 37, Thomaston, fugitive from justice, dismissed.

Dustin Scott Hufsey, 23, Vinalhaven, criminal mischief, $500 fine.

Ralph R. Jones, 22, Rockport, driving to endanger, $575 fine, 30-day license suspension; criminal threatening, $100 fine.

Robert L. Lacombe, 50, Cushing, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $300 fine; two counts of domestic violence assault, both dismissed.

Pedro L. Lopez, 26, Washington, cultivating marijuana, $500 fine.

Charles D. Messer, 24, Chelsea, unlawful possession of drugs, $400 fine; two counts of criminal trespass, both dismissed.

Adam Niemeyer, 23, Rockland, operating under the influence, 48 hours in jail, 90-day license suspension, $500 fine.

Ursula M. Parker, 27, Camden, disorderly conduct, $250 fine; obstructing report of a crime, $250 fine; assault, dismissed; criminal threatening, dismissed.

Danica Payne, 23, St. Augustine, Fla., misuse of 911 system, dismissed.

Zachari Pease, 21, Jefferson, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.

Amber Quantrell, 31, Camden, violating condition of release, 24 hours in jail.

Ernest Tancrell, 41, Warren, disorderly conduct, $250 fine; domestic violence assault, dismissed.

Mark J. White, 38, Appleton, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; permitting unlawful use of license or identification, unconditional discharge; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
