An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.

Rockland police responded to the following calls from Nov. 18 through Nov. 20.

Nov. 18

Officer James Jillson responded to a motor vehicle burglary on North Main Street.

Officer Jillson responded to a harassment complaint.

Officer Andrew Redden responded to a juvenile problem on Main Street by the Farnsworth Art Museum & Library.

Officer Redden responded to a loitering complaint by Maritime Farms.

Nov. 19

Evan Ulmer, 23, of Union was issued a ticket for no insurance.

Deputy Police Chief Wallace Tower responded to a car crash at Fisher Engineering on Gordon Drive. There were no injuries.

Officer Lloyd Daniels responded to a threatening complaint at Rockland District High School at 10 a.m.

Officer Jillson responded to a theft complaint at the Thorndike apartments on Main Street.

Officer Jillson responded to a car crash on Limerock Street. There were no injuries.

Officer Jillson responded to a harassment complaint at C.N. Brown on Main Street.

Renee Eagan, 24, of St. George was arrested on a failure to appear warrant.

Melissa Magnant, 36, of Rockland was issued summonses for failure to wear a seat belt and operating after suspension.

Amber Guinn, 35, of Rockland was issued tickets for failure to wear a seat belt and for having no insurance.

Ryan Sue Fowles, 21, no address listed, was arrested for violation of a protection order.

Nov. 20

Sgt. Matthew Lindahl responded to a fireworks complaint on Grace Street Place.

Officer Scott Solorzano responded to a disorderly complaint at the Time Out Pub. Nacole Darling, 24, of Union was arrested for disorderly conduct. Nicki Winchenbaugh, 27, of Waldoboro was arrested for violating a condition of release. While being put in the cruiser he kicked the cruiser and created a dent. He was charged for the criminal mischief and resisting arrest.

Officer Joel Neal responded to criminal mischief and disorderly complaints at the Time Out Pub.

Officer Jillson responded to a trespassing complaint on Broadway.

Officer Jillson responded to a car crash in the Rite Aid parking lot on Union Street. There were no injuries.

Officer Jillson responded to a car crash at Limerock Street and Broadway. There were no injuries.

Officer Jillson responded to a drug complaint on Park Street.

Officer Redden responded to a car crash on Limerock Street. There were no injuries.

Officer Neal responded to a domestic complaint on Granite Street.

Officer Neal responded to an all-terrain vehicle problem on Thompson Road.

Sgt. Kenneth Smith responded to a car crash report filed at the station.

Sgt. Smith responded to a report of a fire on Pine Street. A pot holder fell on a burner on the stove. There was no damage to the home.

Officer Redden responded to a harassment complaint on South Main Street.

Andrew Hendron, 23, of Warren was arrested for operating under the influence and operating after suspension.

Shawn Jones, 23, of Warren was arrested for a probation violation.
