The popular Bucky Lewis Show returns to the Midcoast Saturday, Oct. 23 with adult-rated entertainment at the Rockland Elks Lodge #1008, 210 Rankin St. Doors will open 7 p.m. and the comedy and music will begin at 8 p.m.

Bucky Lewis started performing at a very young age. Born into a show business family, he, along with his brothers and cousins, performed throughout New England, earning a spot on the “Ted Mack Amateur Hour” as well as winning “Community Auditions” and other talent shows throughout the Northeast.

Lewis is known for bringing people on stage for spontaneous interaction, as well as a dynamic flow that contains all aspects of comedy — standup, character, interaction and music. Throughout his career, he has earned money as a writer, actor, television host, lead singer and guitarist in a rock band, standup comedian and motivational speaker. He currently specializes in Adult Comedy Night fundraiser such as this one, which will benefit both Warren Day and the Elks’ scholarships.

Tickets are $17 in advance at the lodge, Mank Bros Garage and Warren Starter Shop or by calling 594-9200. Tickets at the door will be $20. The evening also will include raffles.
