Rockland police responded to the following complaints from Sept. 7 to Sept. 13.

Sept. 7

Paul T. Dench-Layton, 41, of Livingston, N.Y., was issued a ticket for operating a vehicle with an expired inspection sticker.

Felicity Hall, 31, of Rockland was arrested for violating a condition of release and was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sept. 8

Desiree Capizzano, 26, was arrested for violating a condition of release and possession of drugs.

Sept. 10

Officer James Jillson responded to a fraud complaint at Wal-Mart on Camden Street.

Sgt. Don Finnegan responded to a car crash on Grace Street. There were no injuries.

Sgt. Finnegan responded to a nuisance complaint at Shaw’s.

Officer Jillson responded to a theft complaint at the Circle K convenience store on Camden Street.

Detective Sgt. Chris Young responded to a drug complaint on Maverick Street.

Officer Jillson responded to a car crash at the entrance to Harbor Plaza Shopping Center. A 2003 sport utility vehicle driven by Anthony J. Telesmanich, 75, of Round Pond failed to see the cones and jersey barriers blocking the entrance to the shopping center and struck the barriers. There were no injuries. Damage to his vehicle was estimated at $1,500.

Officer Jillson responded to a theft at Rite Aid on Park Street.

Sgt. Kenneth Smith responded to a drug complaint on Lindsey Street.

Officer Joel Neal responded to a custodial interference complaint on Cottage Street.

Officer Andrew Redden responded to a runaway juvenile complaint from Broad Street.

Officer Scott Solorzano responded to a drug complaint at Main and Granite streets.

Isaac Malburg, 36, of Rockland was arrested for violation of conditions of release.

Zach Barnes, 18, of Cushing was arrested for violation of conditions of release.

Timothy Ulivila, 24, of Rockland was arrested on a warrant.

Derrick Bustard, 18, of Rockland was issued a summons for possession of alcohol by a minor.

Kevin Nelson, 22, of Union was arrested on a warrant.

Sept. 11

Officer Lloyd Daniels responded to a criminal mischief complaint at Rockland Foodservice on Park Street.

Animal Control Officer Jeff McLaughlin responded to an animal problem on Thomaston Street.

Officer Daniels responded to a car crash on Park Street. There were no injuries.

Sgt. Smith responded to a car crash on Gay Street. There were no injuries.

Sgt. Smith responded to an animal problem on South Main Street.

Officer Daniels responded to a harassment complaint on Oliver Street.

Officer Daniels responded to a disorderly complaint on Lindsey Street.

Officer Daniels responded to a harassment complaint on Cedar Street.

Officer Joseph Bates responded to a disorderly complaint on South Main Street.

Officer William Smith responded to a drug complaint on Maverick Street.

Officer Redden responded to a criminal mischief complaint on North Main Street.

Gabriel Grover, 18, of Rockland was arrested for violation of conditional release.

Lance Chipman, 23, of Rockland was arrested on a probation violation.

Tina Young, 40, of Thomaston was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Lindsey Barlow, 24, of Thomaston was issued a ticket for failing to stop at a red light.
