The eighth annual Adam Ober Memorial Fundraiser ended with more than $2000 raised to benefit the Zenith Program of Camden Hills Regional High School. On July 23, the raffle winner was drawn during the inaugural dessert buffet at Walker Park. This year’s winner was Les Harvey of Rockland, who took home a remarqued print of “Over the Edge” by Ronald Frontin. The piece was matted, framed, signed and ready for display.

Eight years ago, the memorial was started by the Ober family. It has helped many students in Knox County further their education and also has been used to make donations to the Zenith Program, where Adam Ober was a student.

The Ober family said it wishes to thank Frontin for his continued generosity in donating a print again this year. Thanks also goes to Gibby Ober and Mike Mitchell for their efforts in selling tickets, as well as to many others who gave their time in selling tickets and promoting the fundraiser. The family sent thanks to “you all for another wonderful tribute in Adam’s memory.”
