The following cases were completed in Knox County Superior Court from May 10 to May 14.

Gordon Best, 66, of Rockport was acquitted of possession of mutilated unmeasurable lobster.

Christopher William Bibeau, 29, of Augusta was ordered to spend five days in jail for a probation violation.

Zachary Cohn, 32, of Camden, operating under the influence, dismissed.

Jamie N. Cunningham, 27, of Wiscasset was sentenced to 30 days in jail for a probation violation.

Michael Hall, 23, of Warren, OUI, dismissed; driving to endanger, 30-day license suspension, $575 fine.

Timothy A. Hopkins, 32, of Camden, theft by receiving stolen property, 90 days in jail; possession of oxycodone, six months in jail, $400 fine; violating a condition of release, 90 days in jail; possession of drugs, 90 days in jail; possession of hydrocodone, six months in jail, $400 fine; aggravated forgery, three years in jail with all but eight months suspended, three years of probation; violating a condition of release, 90 days in jail, three years of probation.

Brooks J. Paradis, 27, of Nantucket, Mass., possession of oxycodone, 18 months in jail all suspended, one year of probation, $400 fine; trafficking in drugs, dismissed.

Tracy C. Pleines, 54, of Rockland, OUI, 12 days in jail stayed until Oct. 22, three-year registration suspension, $700 fine.

Donald T. Sanbento, 64, of Rockport, OUI, three years in jail with all but 10 months suspended, two years of probation, six-year license suspension, $1,100 fine.

Kyle B. Young, 24, of Lincolnville, operating vehicle without license, dismissed; OUI, dismissed.
