The following cases were handled in Knox County Superior Court from April 26 through April 30.

Dale E. Doak, 38, of Rockland, possession of drugs, dismissed.

Willie L. Dunton, 24, of Warren, trafficking in prison contraband on Sept. 10, 2009 in Warren, six months in jail.

Gerald Lilly Jr., 30, of Waldoboro, operating after habitual offender revocation, four months in jail, $1,000 fine.

Jessica L. Morang, 28, of Thomaston, theft of lost, mislaid, or misdelivered property, 180 days in jail, suspended, one-year probation, restitution of $65; theft, dismissed.

Salvador Poblete, 58, of Rockland, gross sexual assault on June 3, 2006, six years in jail with all but three years suspended, four years probation. Poblete was sentenced earlier in this case but filed an appeal. The Maine Supreme Judicial Court upheld his conviction on April 27.

Kara Salo, 24, theft, seven months in jail; violating a condition of release, 90 days in jail; failure to give correct name, address or date of birth, 30 days in jail, two years probation; aggravated forgery, three years with all but nine months suspended; operating while license suspended or revoked, 30 days in jail.
