The wedding of Anna DeFilipp and Abraham Dugal was held at 4 p.m. on Oct. 3, 2009, at Sebasco Harbor Resort in Sebasco Estates.

Marion Claxton officiated the ceremony.

Mrs. Anna Dugal is the daughter of Patrick and Patricia DeFilipp of Auburn. Abraham is the son of Gregory and Donna Dugal of Lincolnville.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore an ivory strapless satin gown accented by a custom designed lace jacket made from hand-embroidered alencon lace from France. She carried a bouquet of Sahara Roses, Black Magic Roses and seeded eucalyptus.

Jane Verrill, childhood friend of the bride, attended as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were childhood friends Valerie Berezin and Shaunte Levasseur as well as college friend Casey Myers.

The best man was Brian Fitzpatrick, childhood friend of the groom. Groomsmen were brother of the bride Nick DeFilipp and college friends Daniel Mahnks, Corey McGovern, Russell Fitzpatrick and Nick Wilson.

A reception followed in the Cornelius Room at the resort, after which the couple traveled to Aruba for their honeymoon. They currently reside in Watertown, Mass.

The bride is a 2001 graduate of Edward Little High School in Auburn and a 2005 graduate of Babson College, with a bachelor’s of science in business management. She is an event planner at John Hancock Financial Services in Boston.

The groom is a 2001 graduate of Camden Hills Regional High School in Rockport and a 2006 graduate of Babson College, with a bachelor’s of science in business management. He is a senior client operations associate at Cambridge Associates in Boston.
