Renovations to the O’Hara Corporation’s New County Road complex are expected to be completed in December.

The company filed an application this week with the Rockland Code Enforcement Office. The plans may be reviewed by the Rockland Planning Board on Tuesday, May 4.

The plans call for converting the unused building at 20 New County Road into space for interior boat storage and repair, warehousing, and retail and wholesale marine purposes.

Renovations to the 60,000-square-foot building are projected to cost $225,000.

The Rockland company purchased the property Feb. 19 from Restoration Associates II of Newton, Mass.
