The following cases were heard in Knox County Superior Court from March 22 to March 26.

Jesse William Baum, 27, of Lewiston, aggravated assault on July 2, 2008 in Warren, nine months in jail stayed until April 14.

Alexandra E. Bourgeois, 21, of Rockland, possession of drugs, dismissed; criminal mischief, $250 fine; assault, $300 fine; violating a condition of release, $250 fine; passing a stopped school bus, $250 fine.

Randall Edward Butler, 45, of Rockland, furnishing drugs, two years in jail suspended, two years of probation, $400 fine.

Jacob A. Crawford, 26, of Rockport, arson on July 4 in Camden, six years in jail, two years of probation; burglary of a motor vehicle, two counts of theft, operating after habitual offender revocation, all concurrent 30 days in jail; OUI, 30 days in jail, $1,100 fine, six-year registration suspension. According to police at the time of the incident, Crawford was walking home from downtown Camden and tried to sleep inside a boat that was wrapped in plastic and parked at the end of a driveway on Route 1. He used a pen knife and then a lighter to try to get inside the plastic and ignited the plastic and the 25-foot pleasure boat.

Nathan A. Gardner, 60, of Warren, assault on an emergency medical care provider, assault on an officer, both two years in jail with all but one month suspended and two years of probation; assault, 30 days in jail, $300 fine; OUI, 30 days in jail, $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.

Travis L. Griffin, 34, of Thomaston, probation violation on prior burglary charge, 10 months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Robert D. Hamilton, 29, of Washington, operating after habitual offender revocation, one year in jail, $1,000 fine; violating a condition of release, 90 days in jail, concurrent.

Christopher R. Harvey, 25, of Union, burglary on July 5 in Warren, two years in jail with all but 60 days suspended, two years of probation; theft, concurrent 30 days in jail.

Michael E. Lucas, 45, of Wiscasset, negotiating a worthless instrument, dismissed.

Vincent Murray, 56, of Hope, trafficking in drugs, two years in jail with all but 90 days suspended, two years of probation, $750 fine; illegal possession of a firearm or crossbow, 90 days in jail, concurrent.

Neil Reilly, 52, of Pemaquid, stalking, 364 days in jail with all but 180 days suspended, one year of probation; terrorizing, concurrent 180 days in jail.

Michael R. Robinson, 38, of Rockland, possession of drugs, $750 fine; criminal forfeiture of property.

Thomas J. Weeks, 30, of Rockland, theft by receiving stolen property on May 12 in Cushing, one year in jail; trafficking in prison contraband, concurrent one-year jail term; possession of hydrocodone, concurrent one-year jail term, $400 fine; two counts of possession of drugs, concurrent six-month jail sentence, $400 fine; falsifying physical evidence, concurrent six months in jail; violating condition of release, concurrent six months in jail.

Bernie K. White, 37, of Cushing, violating a condition of release, dismissed.

Jamie D. Wyman, 26, of Embden, theft by deception from June 1 through Sept. 30, 2006 in Rockland from Live Lobster Co., 364 days in jail with all but seven days suspended, one year of probation, restitution of $30,026.

Karen Elizabeth York, 46, of Cushing, probation violation on a prior drug furnishing conviction, 60 days in jail.
