An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An Individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.

March 15

Officer Curt Andrick responded to Bay View Street for a residential alarm.

Officer Paul Spear responded to Knowlton Street for a business alarm.

Officer Spear responded to Bay View Street for a residential alarm.

Officer Spear responded to Washington Street to assist a citizen in obtaining fingerprinting.

Officer Spear responded to Knowlton Street for a juvenile problem. No violations were found.

Stephen Hall, 47, of Rockport was issued a summons for operating with a child not secured in seat belt.

March 16

Officer Brook Hartshorn conducted a radar detail on Knowlton Street.

Officer Hartshorn responded to Hosmer Pond Road for a residential alarm.

Officer Hartshorn responded to Elm Street for a theft complaint. The incident is under investigation.

Sgt. Michael Geary responded to Bay View Street for a business alarm.

Officer Arthur Smith responded to Elm Street to assist a citizen with a disabled vehicle.

March 17

Officer Hartshorn responded to Knowlton Street for a business alarm.

Officer Hartshorn responded to Knowlton Street for a radar detail.

Officer Smith responded to Elm Street for a business alarm.

Officer Smith responded to Atlantic Avenue for a parking problem. The vehicle was issued a parking ticket.

Officer Smith responded to Mt. Battie Street for a suspicious vehicle complaint. Nothing out of the ordinary was found.

Officer Smith responded to Barnestown Road for a missing person complaint. The individual was located and found not to have been missing.

Beverly Slade, 49, of Camden was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign.

March 18

Officer Hartshorn conducted a radar detail on Knowlton Street.

Officer Hartshorn responded to Route 52 for an erratic vehicle complaint. The officer did not locate the vehicle.

Officer Hartshorn responded to Mechanic Street to investigate a 911 hang-up.

Office Hartshorn responded to Chestnut Street for an animal problem. Gary Salas , 65, of Camden was issued a summons for dog at large.

Officer Hartshorn responded to Elm Street for a business alarm.

Officer Hartshorn conducted a radar detail on Knowlton Street.

Officer Smith responded to Main Street for a juvenile problem. One individual was warned for skateboarding.

Officer Smith responded to Knowlton Street for a juvenile problem. The juveniles were moved along.

Officer Smith responded to Park Street for a parking problem. The vehicle was issued a parking ticket.

Officer Smith responded to Union Street for a disorderly complaint. The individuals were moved along.

March 19

Officer Hartshorn responded to Knowlton Street for a business alarm.

Officer Hartshorn conducted a radar detail on Knowlton Street.

Officer Hartshorn responded to Knowlton Street for a juvenile problem. No violations were found.

Sgt. Geary responded to Mountain Street to investigate a 911 hang-up.

Sgt. Jason Hall and Sgt. Geary responded to Washington Street for a well-being check. The individual was located and given the assistance needed.

March 20

Sgt. Geary responded to Bay View Street for a trespassing complaint. The individual was moved along.

Officer Spear responded to Belfast Road for an erratic vehicle complaint. The officer was not able to locate the vehicle.

Officer Spear responded to Mechanic Street for a single-vehicle accident with minor injuries. Larry York, 61, of Rockland was issued a summons for operating without a license.

Officer Allen Weaver responded to Mt. Battie Street for a business alarm.

Officer Weaver and Sgt. Hall responded to Union Street for an alcohol offense. A juvenile, 17, of Camden was arrested for operating under the influence. A juvenile, 16, of Lincolnville was issued a summons for possession of alcohol by a minor.

Hilary Budet, 43, of Morrill was issued a summons for operating an unregistered motor vehicle greater than 150 days.

Robert Cochran, 31, of Lincolnville was issued a summons for an inspection violation.
