An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.

Rockland police responded to the following calls from March 11 to March 15.

March 11

Officer James Jillson responded to an animal problem on Lawn Avenue.

Sgt. Don Finnegan responded to a property damage car crash on Camden Street by McDonald’s. There were no injuries.

Officer Jillson responded to a disorderly complaint at Rockland District Middle School.

Officer Andrew Redden responded to a theft complaint at Wal-Mart.

Officer John Bagley responded to a property damage car crash on Main Street. There were no injuries.

Officer Redden responded to a drug complaint on Park Street.

Amanda Ripley, 20, of Thomaston was arrested on a warrant for violating a condition of release. She was taken to the Knox County Jail.

March 12

Officer Bagley responded to a structure fire on Lawn Avenue.

Officer Jillson responded to a theft at the Grasshopper Shop on Main Street.

Sgt. Matthew Lindahl responded to an all-terrain-vehicle complaint on Gurdy Street.

Officer Redden responded to a fireworks complaint at Pleasant and Orange streets.

Officer Redden responded to a threatening complaint on North Main Street.

Officer Redden responded to a criminal mischief complaint on North Main Street.

Sgt. Lindahl responded to a disorderly complaint at the Time Out Pub.

March 13

Sgt. Lindahl responded to a disorderly complaint at the Time Out Pub.

Officer Joel Neal responded to a disorderly complaint at the Time Out Pub.

Yvonne Gagne, 32, of Camden and Sean Hovan, 28, of Tenants Harbor were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct for a mutual fight.

Officer Jillson responded to an animal problem on Old County Road.

Sgt. Kenneth Smith responded to a property damage crash on Rankin Street. There were no injuries.

Officer Jillson responded to a harassment complaint on North Main Street.

Sgt. Smith responded to a hit-and-run car crash in the J.C. Penney parking lot. There were no injuries.

Officer Joseph Bates responded to a property damage car crash on Barter Road.

Isiah Roscoe, 21, of Brewer was arrested on two warrants accusing him of drug trafficking.

March 14

Sgt. Anthony Camporiale responded to a criminal mischief complaint at Rockland District High School.

March 15

Steven Steeves, 43, of Rockland was arrested on two warrants for failure to appear on operating under the influence and operating without a license charges.
