The Knox-Lincoln Soil and Water Conservation District will offer a fruit tree pruning workshop focused on pruning apple trees. The workshop will be held at Hope Orchards in Hope on Friday, April 2 from 9:30 to 11 a.m.

Brien Davis, owner of Hope Orchard, will be on hand to instruct participants on the proper techniques of how to prune and care for apple and other fruit trees as well. Written information and other materials will be furnished for all participants.

Pre-registration is required. The fee for the workshop is $5. Checks should be made payable to Knox-Lincoln SWCD. To register, call Rebecca Jacobs at 273-2005, ext. 101 or stop in at the district office, located in the Warren USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service Field Office at 191 Camden Road (Route 90).
