The following cases were heard from March 1 to March 5 in Knox County Superior Court.

Troy M. Wyman, 37, of Embden was sentenced to five years in jail with all but 30 days suspended and was placed on probation for three years for theft by deception. Wyman was also ordered to pay $30,026 in restitution.

Wyman was convicted of the theft of that amount of money from Live Lobster Company of Rockland from June 1 to Sept. 20, 2006, in Rockland.

Craig A. Brown, 54, of Camden was fined $500 and ordered to pay restitution after a jury convicted him of criminal mischief.

Dylan M. Urquhart, 20, of Camden was sentenced through a deferred disposition for theft, operating under the influence and operating a vehicle without a license on May 3 in Rockport.
