The annual Yom HaShoah, a Holocaust remembrance service, will take place at Adas Yoshuron Synagogue, 54 Willow St. in Rockland, on Sunday, April 11 at 7 p.m. The service is open to all members of the community and all are invited to help remember those who perished.

More than 12 million people, of whom 6 million were Jewish men, women and children, were lost. People gather each year to commemorate their lives and to honor their memory on Holocaust Remembrance Day.

The service will be conducted by members of Adas Yoshuron Synagogue, along with selected music by the Adas Yoshuron Choir.

Everyone is invited to join the group downstairs for refreshments following the service.
