An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.

The Camden Police Department reported the following activity from Feb. 16 to Feb. 21.

Feb. 16

Officer Paul Spear responded to Washington Street to assist a citizen with obtaining fingerprinting.

Sgt. Jason Hall responded to Washington Street to assist a citizen with obtaining fingerprinting.

Heather Massow, 39, of Old Town was issued a summons for operating after suspension.

John Babcock, 58, of Camden was issued a summons for an inspection violation.

Raymond Pagnano Jr., 29, of Liberty was issued a summons for an insurance violation and operating an unregistered motor vehicle more than 150 days.

Feb. 17

Officer Spear responded to Union Street for a parking problem complaint. The vehicles were issued parking tickets.

Officer Spear and Lt. Randy Gagne responded to Union Street for a domestic disturbance. Sean Giannone, 31, of Camden was arrested for domestic violence assault and obstructing the report of a crime.

Sgt. Hall responded to Elm Street for a bad check complaint. The incident is under investigation.

Sgt. Hall responded to Elm Street with the Camden Fire Department for a fire call.

Sgt. Hall responded to Belfast Road for an erratic vehicle complaint. The officer located the vehicle and no violations were found.

Officer Allen Weaver responded to Curtis Avenue for a residential alarm.

Officer Weaver and Officer Curt Andrick responded to Union Street for a well-being check. The individual was located and further police assistance was not necessary.

Orion Boshes, 34, of Rockland was issued a summons for operating after suspension.

Feb. 18

Chief Phil Roberts responded to Elm Street with the Camden Fire Department for a fire call.

Officer Spear responded to Mountain Street for a traffic hazard complaint. The officer did not locate a hazard.

Officer Weaver responded to Elm Street for an erratic vehicle complaint. The officer was not able to locate the vehicle.

Officer Weaver responded to Elm Street with the Camden Fire Department for a fire call.

Noah Esancy, 28, of Westbrook was issued a summons for failure to produce a driver’s license.

Feb. 19

Officer Spear responded to Barnestown Road for a business alarm.

Officer Spear responded to Elm Street with the Camden Fire Department for a fire call.

Officer John Tooley responded to Elm Street for a two-vehicle accident with no injuries.

Officer Spear responded to Bay View Street to investigate a 911 hang-up.

Sonny Wilmot, 36, of Rockland was issued a summons for operating after suspension.

Adam Dodge, 22, of Rockport was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.

Farrah Barnes, 24, of Belfast was issued a summons for an insurance violation.

John Dyer, 40, of Ellsworth was issued a summons for operating after suspension and failure to have an insurance bond.

Steven Leclerc, 45, of Camden was issued a summons for operating with an open container.

Kate Izor, 27, of Camden was issued a summons for speed.

Feb. 20

Officer Brook Hartshorn responded to Washington Street for a business alarm.

Officer Hartshorn responded to Elm Street for a business alarm.

Officer Hartshorn responded to Bay View Street for an animal problem. The officer was not able to locate the animal.

Officer Hartshorn responded to Washington Street for a traffic hazard complaint. The area was blocked off and Camden Highway was notified.

Officer Hartshorn responded to Limerock Street for an animal problem. The dog was returned to its owner.

Officer Tooley responded to Union Street for a suspicious person complaint. The situation was resolved.

Sgt. Hall responded to Mt. Battie Street for a suspicious complaint. Nothing out of the ordinary was located.

Feb. 21

Officer Hartshorn responded to Ames Terrace for a well-being check. The individual was located and all set.

Officer Hartshorn responded to Ames Terrace with the Camden Fire Department for a fire call.

Officer Tooley responded to Park Street for a citizen assist.
