An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.

Rockland police responded to the following complaints from Feb. 11 to Feb. 16.

Feb. 11

Officer Lloyd Daniels responded to a property damage crash in the Trade Winds Motor Inn parking lot. There were no injuries.

Officer Daniels responded to a property damage crash in the Hannaford Supermarket parking lot. There were no injuries.

Officer James Jillson responded to a disorderly complaint on Chestnut Street.

Officer Jillson responded to an animal welfare complaint in a Camden Street parking lot.

Lance Boody, 27, of Rockland was arrested for operating after suspension and charged with violating a condition of release.

Feb. 12

Officer Scott Solorzano responded to four violations of the city overnight parking ban.

Officer William Smith responded to a criminal mischief complaint at Wasses Hot Dogs on North Main Street.

Officer Smith responded to a disorderly complaint at the Penobscot Bay Medical Center Physicians Offices in Rockport.

Tammy Collins, 26, of Rockland was arrested for violating a condition of release.

Feb. 13

Officer Joel Neal responded to a disorderly complaint at the Time Out Pub.

Officer Neal responded to a disorderly complaint at the Time Out Pub.

Officer Neal responded to an assault at the Trade Winds Motor Inn.

Officer Solorzano responded to a disorderly complaint on Pleasant Street.

Officer Smith responded to an animal problem on Clayton Lane.

Officer Smith responded to a disorderly complaint at Rockland District High School.

Officer Andrew Redden responded to an animal problem on Park Street.

Officer Solorzano responded to a hit-and-run car crash in the McDonald’s Restaurant parking lot.

Shane Chesebro, 28, of Waldoboro was arrested for a probation violation.

Christopher MacDonald, 32, of Warren was arrested on a warrant for failure to pay fines or fees.

Feb. 14

Officer Redden responded to an assault on Park Drive.

Officer Smith responded to a trespassing complaint on North Main Street.

Officer Smith responded to an animal problem on Pleasant Street.

Officer Smith responded to an animal problem on Eliza Steele Drive.

Officer Joseph Bates responded to a domestic complaint on Limerock Street.

Officer Bates responded to a theft at Mainway South on Camden Street.

Catherine Morrill, 52, of Hope was arrested for operating after suspension.

Feb. 15

Officer Smith responded to a property damage car crash in the Wal-Mart parking lot. There were no injuries.

Officer Daniels responded to a criminal mischief complaint at Boston Financial on Water Street.

Officer Bates responded to a harassment complaint on McLoud Street.

Sgt. Anthony Camporiale responded to a criminal mischief complaint at the boardwalk.

Feb. 16

Officer Neal responded to an animal problem on Lake Avenue.
