The Vose Library Board of Trustees has scheduled an informational meeting to present the final plans for the new Vose Library building on Sunday, March 7 from 4 to 5:30 p.m. at the Masonic Hall on Sennebec Road in Union. Light refreshments, coffee, tea and wine will be served.

Sarah Holland and David Foley, architects of the new building project, will offer a slide presentation detailing the completed plans for the new library. A question and answer session will follow with members of the Vose Library Capital Campaign Committee, the Building Committee and contractors.

The presentation marks the final phase of the capital campaign, which has been fundraising for the library building since 2001. The new library will be constructed on Common Road in Union, with ground breaking planned for late spring. The trustees said all are warmly invited to attend the meeting and learn about the exciting community project.
