The following cases were completed in Knox County Superior Court from Feb. 1 to Feb. 5.

Keely J. Baum, 28, of South Thomaston, operating under the influence, $500 fine.

Katerina Campbell, 32, of Waldoboro, theft on March 7 in Warren, four days in jail and restitution of $1.06 for candy taken.

Michel Collins, 56, of Union, burglary on May 16 in Union, dismissed; criminal trespass on May 16, 364 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended and one year of probation; assault, 30 days in jail concurrent and $300 fine.

Travis Dennison, 21, of Rockland, probation violation, dismissed.

Calvin J. Elwell, 24, of Brooks, operating after habitual offender revocation, $1,000 fine.

Jennifer R. Marriner, 30, of Rockland, aggravated trafficking in drugs on Sept. 1 in Rockland, dismissed; aggravated trafficking in drugs on Aug. 25 in Rockland, dismissed; trafficking in drugs on June 25 in Rockland, 364 days in jail with all but seven days suspended, one year of probation; two counts of possession of drugs on Sept. 1 in Rockland, concurrent 364-day suspended jail sentence and one year of probation.

Skip Marriner, 33, of Rockland, two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs (Aug. 25 and Sept. 1) in Rockland, dismissed; two counts of drug possession on Sept. 1 in Rockland, suspended 364-day jail sentence, one year of probation and $400 fine.

The Marriners were two of three people arrested in September for cocaine trafficking. The charges were originally aggravated because the drugs were found at Jennifer Marriner’s apartment on Eliza Steele Drive, which is within 1,000 feet of the MacDougal School.

Melissa J. Thompson, 28, of Rockland, burglary on March 4, 2008, in Rockland, dismissed; theft and criminal trespass on March 4, 2008, in Rockland, 10 days in jail.

Lauren A. Tozier Jr., 37, of Warren, domestic violence terrorizing, 60 days in jail stayed until April 23; aggravated trafficking in drugs on July 29 in Warren, dismissed; trafficking in drugs, 18 months in jail all suspended, two years of probation and $400 fine.
